Have you seen this low-budget music video for Celine Dion’s 1996 cover of Eric Carmen’s “All By Myself.” Millions have. Richard Dunn, stuck in a Vegas airport all night, created quite a good cover version of Celine’s song. It has since gotten untold amounts of press. It’s chock full of all sorts of creative shots, which Dunn got by taping his iPhone to luggage or a wheelchair and then putting them on a moving walkway or an escalator. Yesterday Dion posted a clip herself telling Dunn how much she loved it:
“I have to say the video was hilarious and very touching. I loved it, but next time you’re stuck all by yourself at Las Vegas Airport for hours and hours, please be my guest at my show. And by the way Richard, you’re more than welcome to use my bathroom. I hope to see you soon!”
